Hi Matt,
I enjoy your work. In particular, I noticed your piece in Salish Current, “Bellingham to be a two-newspaper town again . . . ”
In your research, did you run across the name of Harry W. Patton? He is my great Grandfather and was the publisher of one of the early Bellingham papers. i am trying to reconstruct his history with the Bellingham press.
In 1906, Patton bought land on Orcas, near where I live today.
Thanks,
Toby Cooper
